The Fine Print

You must be 21 years of age or older to rent a cabin/lodge.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
All reservations require a deposit equal to a one-night stay.
For reservations that do not include a stay around a holiday, refunds will be granted provided the customer cancels more than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Any reservation over a holiday requires cancellation 30 days prior to stay to obtain a refund. Holidays included are Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
Cabin rentals & Lodge rentals require a 2-night minimum stay during prime summer season. Call to determine if 1-night rental is available..

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am.
The speed limit is 10 mph and is strictly enforced.
Fisherman's Point Marina restrooms & showers are for the use of our paying guests only.
Fisherman's Point Marina and The Lighthouse Cafe have the right to refuse service to anyone at their discretion.
ALL visitors are expected to pay appropriate fees.

Check in time is 1 PM for RV’s and 3 PM for cabins. Check out time is 11 AM. Cancellation must be made 7 days in advance of arrival date excluding holiday weekends which require 30 days for refunds. Early departures are not eligible for refunds.
No Lifeguard on duty. Swimming is at your own risk.
Pets must be on a leash at all times and are not to be left outside unattended. No aggressive pets are allowed. Please pick up after your pets.
Parking limited to your site or designated parking.
Campsite must be kept clean. Trash should be taken to the dumpsters located in the park.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Noise should not impair neighboring sites.

Four wheelers, mini bikes, and dirt bikes are not allowed. Golf carts and mules are permissible and should be driven in a responsible manner by an adult.
Campfires permitted within designated fire rings pending no burn ban. Extinguish campfires before leaving.
Open drunkenness is not tolerated. Please drink responsibly. No glass bottles allowed in the park.
Boat trailers are not allowed on The Point. Gray water and black water must be discharged only at the dump station.
Campers assume all risks. The park is not responsible for any items lost or stolen or for any injuries sustained while using the park. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
